Privacy Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

Stocklen is operated by Stocklen LLC ("Stocklen", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@stocklen.com.

Who we are

Stocklen is a stock, purchasing and pricing tool for retail stores. This policy covers the Stocklen website and app. You can reach us at support@stocklen.com.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information.

  • Your account information. For email/password accounts, we store your email address and display name. Supabase Auth securely manages your password. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. Your profile picture is used only to identify you in the app.
  • Store and business data. The data you enter or connect while using Stocklen, such as point of sale sales, inventory and stock levels, receipts, product and vendor information, and pricing settings.

We do not ask for, or store, your Google password. We do not collect payment card numbers.

How we use it

We use the information above only to run Stocklen for you:

  • to provide and operate the service, including keeping your store data up to date
  • to authenticate you and identify your account when you sign in
  • to respond to support requests and tell you about service issues or changes

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build advertising profiles.

Google user data

Stocklen offers Google sign-in as an alternative to email/password accounts, so you can access your account without a separate password. About the Google data we receive:

  • We request only basic profile and email scopes from Google. We do not ask for access to any other Google data or services.
  • We use Google user data solely to sign users in and identify their account inside Stocklen.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not share Google user data with third parties, except with the service providers we need to run the app, such as Supabase for hosting and authentication.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and store data while your account is active, so the service works the way you expect.

You can ask us to delete your account and the data attached to it at any time by emailing support@stocklen.com from the address on your account. We will confirm once the deletion is complete. Data may remain in backups for a short period before it is removed.

Security

Store data is only visible to the people you invite to your store, and access requires a signed-in account. Data is stored behind authenticated access controls and transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we keep only the data the service needs.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will let you know in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
