Terms of Service
Last updated October 11, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Stocklen LLC ("Stocklen", "we", "us") and govern your use of Stocklen, the stock, purchasing and pricing tool. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: support@stocklen.com.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Stocklen you confirm that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you are accepting on behalf of a store or other business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Stocklen helps store owners and staff keep track of stock: bringing receipts in, checking what was read, matching purchases to products, monitoring inventory, suggesting reorder quantities, and setting prices against a target margin. Features may change as the product develops, and we may add or remove parts of it.
Your account
You sign in to Stocklen with Google, so your account is tied to the Google address you use. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for all activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly at support@stocklen.com if you believe someone has used your account without permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Stocklen in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights
- try to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or its systems
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or load it unreasonably
- sell, resell or license the service to others without our permission
- use the service to store or transmit malicious code or to harass or harm others
Your data
You own the store and business data you enter or connect to Stocklen. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data by emailing support@stocklen.com. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you bring in and for the decisions you make with it.
Third-party integrations
Stocklen can work with third-party services and tools, such as Clover or other point of sale and vendor systems. Those services are provided to you by their own providers, under their own terms, and we provide them as they are. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct, and you may need to agree to their terms and pay their fees.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Stocklen will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate. Suggestions such as reorder quantities and prices are inputs to your decision, not guarantees of a result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Stocklen LLC and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost stock value or business interruption, even if we have been told they could happen. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing.
Termination
You can stop using Stocklen at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if we must for legal reasons, or if the account poses a risk to the service or other users. On request we will help you retrieve your data for a reasonable period after your account closes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Stocklen after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
